Newly fitted kitchen with integrated top range appliances, AEG electric oven with ceramic hob, NEF fridge and tall boy storage cupboard. Equipped for at least 6 guests to cook/entertain if required. Large Dual-it toaster and kettle and coffee maker.

The property is set in large,impressive,private grounds of over half an acre which includes a significant natural rock formation and beautiful views towards the west over ancient olive groves. Views from the rear sun terraces and private infinity pool (which measures approx 12 x 5.5 metres) overlook the Ionian sea,the Albanian mountains and the historic habourside town of Kassiopi. There is a large family sized barbeque,sun loungers,patio furniture for outside dining and an outside shower.

Coast/Beach
10 minute drive in either direction to sandy beaches. Both very clean with gently shelving sand, safe for children. sunbeds available to hire and beach side tavernas serving both local and English dishes at reasonable prices. very friendly hosts. Pedalos etc to rent from both beaches in season
How to get there
Approx 40 minute drive from Corfu airport. Car hire recommended and if hired locally will include free collection and return to airport at beginning and end of stay
Distances
Easy walking distance of 2 local tavernas and the village of Loutses. The historic harbour town of Kassiopi is 15 minutes drive in one direction and the seaside town of Acharavi 15 minutes in the other with all amenities including supermarket ATMs etc. Closer to home (approx 5minute drive) is the village of Perithia which has 2 fantastic tavernas and a fully stocked mini-market. You must also visit the local ice-cream parlour – you won’t be disappointed!
