A Corfu holiday villa with a difference, Villa Julia set the standard for comfort and luxury. Traditionally Greek with all modern conveniences, the Villa sits in its own 3 acre expanse of abundant olive groves. It is surrounded by a carpet of flowers and greenery overlooking the sea and mountains beyond.

Large enough to afford every guest space and serenity even in a large party of friends and family, the villa is wonderfully modern and fully equipped. Villa Julia is decorated in a contemporary style and overloaded with every convenience and comfort you could wish for. From hammocks and loungers by the pool to breakfast tables on the terrace, you’ll find everything you need to sit back, relax and soak up the real Corfu.
Grounds
There are spacious sun decks, numerous patios, a large covered dining area, a private pool with infinity waterfall, poolside BBQ and Jacuzzi outside. Set in a 3 acre plot and surrounded by mature olive groves, Villa Julia offers a relaxing respite from the day to day hustle and bustle. The beautiful terraced, planted garden areas are adorned with fragrant orange, lemon and cherry trees as well as palm trees and olive trees.With trees and shrubs, flowers and vines, it’s easy to see why Corfu is known as the Emerald Isle following a stroll around the gardens and grounds. Perched above the Mediterranean, the Villa offers picture perfect views from each corner, with terraces and patios set to a backdrop of unobstructed sea and mountain views.
Lounge / Kitchen
At 10 metres by 5 metres, the large, cozy lounge is perfect for catching up at the end of the day. It features a fireplace, large mirrors which maximise the natural light, paintings by local artists, a supersize 42″ flat screen TV with Freeview and three English language movie channels, three large sofas and three coffee tables. As well as the lounge, there is also a large and airy dining room with a table that seats ten, with modern light oak furniture and paintings by local artists.
In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to turn the abundance of fresh local produce on offer in the nearby villages into delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. For your convenience, the fully fitted kitchen has a large breakfast bar, large fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer, Royal Worcester dining service and dishwasher. If you love to cook with a view, it also gives direct access to the pool patio and outside dining area.

There are five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms at Villa Julia for the ultimate in five star luxury.

Each of our luxury Corfu holiday villas is provided with a twice a week maid service for your convenience. The maid will be on hand every three to four days to perform general cleaning duties at both Villa Julia and Villa Yvonne.
Both properties have their own private swimming pool, with an infinity waterfall and Jacuzzi at Villa Julia. The pools are professionally maintained throughout the year and are clean and safe.
Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you want to switch off completely and free internet access is provided for your use throughout the villa and grounds.
The living areas in both villas are equipped with a large flat screen TV, Freeview and access to three English-language movie channels is included.
Both properties are furnished with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and coffee maker.
