Villa Kostas is a two storey building located amid olive groves on the hillside above St Spiridon Beach.The villa has a large yard, private driveway and a parking space for at least 4 cars. Each floor has an area of 100 square meters with three bedrooms and a spaceous lounge-dining room. The villa benefits with free airconditioning/heating in the bedrooms as well as free Wi-Fi.
For summer 2017 only the newly renovated first floor is available for rent.
The front door opens directly into the living area, on your left hand is a fully equipped kitchen and the dinning area. At the far side of the room is the lounge area with comfy seating and patio doors that open onto the rear balcony with views of the green hilltop. From the front balconies one can admire the view of the sea and Antinioti Lagoon.

On the right side from the entrance there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom.View from the window here looks at the back yard and over the trees at the sea. It also has patio doors that open onto the front balcony with the same stunning view.
As you move from the kitchen to the lounge area there is a hall that leads to the other two bedrooms and to the second bathroom. The bathroom is on the right hand and on the left hand is a double bedroom with patio doors that open onto the front balcony and at the end of the hall is the other double bedroom with patio doors that lead to the rear balcony. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.

The entrance to the property is through a gated drive way that leads uphill from the local country road.
The area around the property is covered with olive groves and offers the peace and serenity that one seeks after on his vacation. In five minute walking distance from the villa is St Spiridon Beach where you can find restaurants, pool bars and markets as well as boat and car rental companies. You can also enjoy a walk around the, Natura 2000 protected, Antinioti Lagoon or explore the secluded beaches that are very close to the villa. For those who love trekking, note that the property is very close to the starting point of the Corfu Trail paths.

Villa Kostas is less than ten minutes away drive from the picturesque port of Cassiopi. If you would like to explore more, you can find the traditional abandoned village of Old Perithia a few minutes drive up to the mountains where you can taste Corfiot dishes at the local restaurants
